Future Champions I

Ages 3-5

GRACIE ONE Future Champions 1 Program is designed to introduce our youngest students to ALL THE DEVELOPMENTAL BEINFITS OF Jiu Jitsu. The curriculum includes fun, fast-paced games & interactive drills to teach BEGINNER movements & techniques to ensure A strong foundation of Jiu Jitsu.

Future Champions II & III

Ages 6 -13

GRACIE ONE Future Champions 2 & 3 Program is designed to help students build a strong foundation and improve their overall understanding of Jiu Jitsu. The curriculum for this program includes both beginner and fundamental techniques, coordination drills as well as exploring core concepts and ideas.
